Every weekend I seem to be indulging with lots of good food. 😋
Anyway, My life just gets excited with awesome good food, be it cheap or exp.
I always feel that food is everything, everyone should enjoy food and eat whatever they want but in moderation.
I realised that the present generation gets OVERLY health conscious, which actually leads to eating disorder.
Once they drop some pounds and reach their desired weight, they will yearn for more. This in terms turn to serious matter which should be looked into.
Mass measured on the weighing scale is just an indication not a confirmation.
You can be light but not healthy ; you can be heavy yet healthy.
Its all about the mindset you have.
